  • Content Strategy

  • Public Relations

  • AI Implementations

  • Marketing Consultations

The specific scope and deliverables will be outlined in a formal agreement or project proposal.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the timely and successful delivery of services, you agree to:

  • Provide all necessary content, access, and materials in a timely manner

  • Respond to approvals and requests within reasonable timeframes

  • Ensure all provided content (logos, copy, images, etc.) is legally owned or licensed for use

Failure to provide these may result in project delays or additional fees.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment schedules, amounts, and due dates will be clearly outlined in your invoice or contract.

  • We accept payments via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.

  • Late payments may incur interest charges or result in suspension of services.

5. Revisions & Approvals

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Website and design projects include up to 2 rounds of revisions per milestone or stage.

  • SEO and marketing retainers include periodic performance reviews and optimizations based on strategy.

Additional revisions or change requests may incur extra charges.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content and materials created by us remain the property of New Found Agency until full payment is received.

  • Once fully paid, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables.

  • We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7. Confidentiality

We agree to keep all sensitive information shared by you confidential. This includes trade secrets, proprietary data, client lists, or any information not publicly disclosed.

8. Disclaimer of Guarantees

While we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes, we do not guarantee specific results (e.g., #1 Google rankings, sales increases, viral traffic). Marketing results depend on many variables beyond our control, including market trends, competition, and algorithm updates.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, New Found Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for those services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • There is a breach of contract

  • Non-payment or chargeback occurs

  • Abuse, harassment, or unethical behavior is displayed toward our team

Termination will be provided in writing, and any unpaid balances remain due.
