At New Found Agency, we strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing and web development services tailored to your business needs. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy is designed to be transparent and fair.
1. Project-Based Services (SEO, Web Development, Branding)
Cancellation Before Project Start:
A full refund will be issued if the project is canceled before any work begins.Cancellation After Work Begins:
If you cancel after work has started, a partial refund will be issued based on the work completed up to that point. A minimum of 30% of the project fee is non-refundable to cover administrative and preparatory time.No Refund:
Once 75% or more of the project is completed, no refund will be issued.
2. Monthly Retainer Services (SEO, Social Media, PPC)
Cancellation:
Clients must provide at least 14 days’ notice before the next billing cycle to cancel recurring services.Refunds:
Monthly payments are non-refundable once the service period has started. However, services will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
3. Digital Products (Templates, Audits, Reports)
No Refunds:
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or accessed.
